Disney Parks Talent Casting is seeking female performers to portray Elena of Avalor, the first Disney princess inspired by diverse Latin cultures, at the Walt Disney World Resort near Orlando, FL. Auditions are being held in Austin, Texas. All performers, including Disney Character Look-alikes, will also perform in meet-and-greets as fully costumed Disney Characters in our Parks and Resorts. This includes wearing large body costumes, heads, and feet, and exposure to hot and humid weather. We are only seeking performers for Full time positions. Full time positions require at least one year of work in Orlando, FL.
Casting directors are looking for a Disney Character Look-alike to portray Elena. Elena of Avalor is a bold, caring, funny and clever 16-year-old who is ascendant to the throne in the fairytale kingdom of Avalor. She is bilingual and must portray 16 years of age, slender, 5’2-5’6. Type Cast. Auditions are being held on Wednesday, June 1st at Ballet Austin 501 West 3rd Street, Austin, TX 78701. Sign-in will take place from 1:30Pm – 2:00PM – Late applicants will not be accepted as auditions start at 2:00 pm.
Performers must be at least 18 and authorized to work in the United States. Auditions are open to the general public and advanced registration is not required. Those who are Spanish speaking is a plus. If proficient in Spanish be prepared to read a Spanish audition side. Potential relocation packages may be available to qualified performers that are hired into specific roles. If you fit the role and would like to audition, then attend the open call.
