The Amazon series “Mozart in the Jungle” is now filming in New York City, and casting directors need you to work on the show! The Amazon Original series “Mozart in the Jungle” takes a look at what happens behind the curtains at the symphony is just as captivating as what happens on stage. Created by Paul Weitz (About a Boy), Roman Coppola (The Darjeeling Limited), and Jason Schwartzman (Rushmore). Brash new maestro Rodrigo (Gael Garcia Bernal) is stirring things up, and young oboist Hailey (Lola Kirke) hopes for her big chance.
Grant Wilfley Casting is looking for non-union males and females to portray parent types. They are looking for men and women who are between the ages of 30 and 50 years old. These roles will play audience members for an episode of the third season of the Golden Globe winning Amazon show. These roles will be filming on Wednesday, August 3rd in Purchase, New York. These are paid roles. This is a great opportunity to work on the set of a large scale television series. Being a background actors is always a great way to network with the crew as well as other background actors. It’s a bonus to make some extra cash while working on a TV show as well!
The call time for Wednesday has not yet been released so anyone who applies should be available for the entire day.
