Several roles are now being cast for the popular NBC series “Chicago Med”. Casting directors are now hiring background actors who are local to the Chicago area. Chicago Med follows the lives and pressures of the hospital world. Together, the staff will confront Chicago’s most critical medical cases and challenging ethical dilemmas with courage, compassion and state-of-the-art treatment. Inspired by ripped-from-the-headlines cases, “Chicago Med” will weave cutting-edge medicine with the personal drama that comes with working in such a high-intensity environment. Through it all, familiar faces from “Chicago Fire” and “Chicago P.D.” will intertwine with Chicago’s newest medical heroes.
For Tuesday, August 9th, Tailsticks Casting is looking to fill several roles. The roles are as follows: Hospital Staff & Visitors/Patients, etc. for Interior Hospital scenes (films near Cinespace Studios; potential early morning call time, full day booking) SPECS: M/F, Ages: 9YO-older, any ethnicity. *STAFF: Doctors, Nurses, Med Techs, Med Students, Security Guards, Medics, Hospital Administrators, etc. *PATIENTS: Waiting Room Patients, Family Members/Visitors, etc. *We have a (2) KID spots (9-12 YO) for these scenes, please submit a valid TSC or Empire Casting Minor Work Permit. EMT ROLES: **Also looking for potential season regular EMTS (Dressed; not real) for MED scenes on our show. Should have flexible schedule, Clean-Cut, Any medical experience is a plus. Must be available for a fitting, during the day at Cinespace, Monday morning between 10AM-11:30AM. $84/8 +$25 Fitting Bump to you pay out on the first day you work. The pay is $84/8 hours and time and one half for anything after that.
