Do you want to apply for an acting audition? A new Discovery Channel DocuSeries has released a new casting call. Casting directors are looking for men and women for background actor roles on the show. Vicky Boone casting is searching for Hispanic females who are ages 20 to 30 to portray Mayan Era Artisans, Hispanic males who are 25 to 35 years old to portray Mayan dancers and Caucasian and Hispanic men who are between the ages of 35 and 55 years old. Selected actors will be paid $125.00 for ten hours of filming. Filming will take place in Austin, Texas. Discovery Channel DocuSeries Casting Call
Vicky Boone and team are casting background for a Discovery Channel DocuSeries directed by Jonny Mars and are seeking submissions from interested parties.
The project shoots Thursday, 12/1, in McKinney Falls and will cast from photos. The rate is $125/10hr. We are looking for the following types:
MAYAN ERA ARTISANS – Female // 20-30 // Hispanic. Should have athletic builds and hair past shoulders.
MAYAN DANCER – Male // 25-35 // Hispanic. Athletic build. Dancing experience and long hair are pluses. Please include a brief description of any dancing experience in submission, if applicable.
ARCHEOLOGISTS – Male // 35-55 // Caucasian, Hispanic. Short cropped hair to play archeologists from the 1890s and 1950s.
